CLEAR COMMUNICATION
Resident Communication
We provide a voice/text line for resident use that helps deal with service related issues without having to burden office staff.
Management Communication
When you use BenCo, you will receive a login to our page which will lead you to property specific reports and information. Additionally you will have the personal cell number and email address of BenCo Valet Trash Service owner. Feel free to contact the owner or your BenCo property manager at any time!

• Five night/week pickup Sun-Thursday
• Dumpster/Compactor area clean up each night
